Documentation, Formatting and Linting

Doc comments: a // comment directly above a pub declaration, starting with the symbol name (// add returns ...). v vet warns about missing docs on public symbols.

README.md in the module root is included with -readme.

v vet .                      # warnings for suspicious code (missing docs, long fns, etc.)

v -check file.v              # type-check without codegen
v doc -f html -o docs/ .     # HTML docs (also: -f md, -f json; -readme to include README)
