Project 2 — Account health score (beginner/intermediate)

Calculate a health score from open cases, opportunity pipeline, and activity recency using aggregate SOQL; display it in an LWC on the Account page with a wired cacheable method. *Concepts: SOQL relationships & aggregates, bulkification, @AuraEnabled, LWC wire.*

Project 3 — Trigger framework & automation suite (intermediate)

Implement a metadata-driven trigger framework with bypass settings, recursion control, and ordered handlers for Account, Contact, and Opportunity; migrate existing logic into it. *Concepts: interfaces, virtual classes, custom metadata, order of execution, recursion.*

Project 4 — ERP integration hub (intermediate/advanced)

Bidirectional sync with a mock ERP: outbound Queueable callouts via Named/External Credentials with finalizer retries, inbound Apex REST endpoint, platform events for status, and integration logs. *Concepts: callouts, JSON, REST services, Queueable, finalizers, platform events, mocks.*

Project 5 — Mass data-cleanup platform (advanced)

Configurable batch jobs (criteria in custom metadata) that archive, merge duplicates, or normalize fields across millions of records, with BatchApexErrorEvent handling, progress tracking in an LWC, and scheduling. *Concepts: Batch Apex, Database.Stateful, scheduling, error events, governor limits.*

Project 6 — Secure partner portal backend (advanced)

Experience Cloud site where partners manage leads and deals; all Apex in user mode, stripInaccessible for DTOs, sharing-aware selectors, Apex REST for partner systems, security review readiness with Code Analyzer. *Concepts: sharing, CRUD/FLS, user mode, SOQL injection prevention, REST, static analysis.*

Project 7 — Enterprise-architecture order management (expert)

Order-to-cash app built with fflib (Selector, Domain, Service, Unit of Work), ApexMocks unit tests, DataWeave CSV import, invocable actions for Flow, and an unlocked package delivered through a GitHub Actions pipeline. *Concepts: enterprise patterns, dependency injection, mocking, DataWeave, packaging, CI/CD.*

Project 8 — Agentforce service assistant (expert)

An Agentforce agent for customer service whose topics call Apex actions: order status, refund eligibility (with business rules in custom metadata), case creation, and knowledge lookup via SOSL; secure, bulk-safe, fully tested actions. *Concepts: invocable Apex, agent action design, SOSL, security, custom metadata, testing.*
